Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance, alerts, and logs during the night shift to ensure maximum uptime.
- Perform remote and on-site maintenance, patch management, and security updates.
- Document technical resolutions and maintain accurate service tickets in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to hand over critical issues and ensure seamless continuity.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software configurations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience working in night shift environments or rotating schedules.
