Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues during night shift hours
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and system configurations
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover and continuity
- Deploy security patches and system updates during low-traffic windows
- Troubleshoot complex network connectivity and access control issues
- Support virtual desktop environments and remote workforce tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift exposure
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or equivalent
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and protocols
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and handovers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote access tools
- Must be available for flexible scheduling including weekends as needed
