- Document troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional IT projects
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) deployments and configurations
- Conduct periodic system health checks and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
