- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks and system upgrades overnight
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and system configurations
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover of critical tasks
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards
- Support cloud infrastructure management and backup systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with night shift exposure
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
