Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for enterprise systems and user devices
- Monitor network infrastructure and resolve critical incidents during night shift
- Execute system maintenance, updates, and security patches

Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or system administration

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Available to work 12-hour shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
