- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless IT operations handover
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Support disaster recovery testing and incident response
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Strong experience with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site emergencies
- Flexibility to adjust schedule during critical system deployments
