Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night hours
- Execute system patches, updates, and security protocols
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handoffs
- Respond to emergency alerts within 15-minute SLA
- Conduct proactive system health checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support or helpdesk roles
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
