Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues during the night shift.
- Monitor server health and system performance to ensure 24/7 availability.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets and critical alerts in a timely manner.
- Perform routine system backups, patches, and security updates.
- Collaborate with day-shift team leads to escalate complex issues and hand off tickets seamlessly.
- Conduct user training on internal software applications and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or Help Desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) is required.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a 24/7 support environment.
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
