Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues during night shifts

- Deploy security patches and system updates during maintenance windows
- Troubleshoot complex network, storage, and virtualization environments
- Support end-users across multiple locations via ticketing systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner preferred
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
