Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems during night shifts
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, network devices, and cloud services
- Resolve complex hardware/software issues with minimal disruption to operations
- Document incident reports and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams on system upgrades and maintenance windows
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware, network, and application issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Valid Colorado driver's license for occasional on-site visits
