Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for network, hardware, and software issues during night shift hours
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity protocols
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve escalated technical incidents
- Document troubleshooting processes and create knowledge base articles
- Conduct proactive system maintenance and performance optimization
- Manage user access permissions and security compliance
- Support after-hours deployment of critical updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network infrastructure (routers, switches, VPN)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Valid US driver's license for occasional on-site visits
