Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems during overnight hours
- Execute remote server maintenance, patch deployments, and security protocols
- Troubleshoot complex network infrastructure issues via VPN and remote access tools
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical system outages
- Monitor system health using enterprise-level monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Conduct hardware swaps and system configurations at client sites as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience in night shift environments
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications (or equivalent)
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote desktop tools
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in climate-controlled server rooms
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex infrastructure issues
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for on-site visits
