Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor and resolve network outages, server issues, and cybersecurity incidents via ticketing system
- Execute system backups, patches, and maintenance during low-traffic windows
- Collaborate with global IT teams on cross-functional projects and incident response
- Document all troubleshooting processes and create knowledge base articles
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios) and ticketing systems (Jira)
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting and documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site hardware maintenance
