Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems during overnight shifts
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity protocols
- Resolve complex system outages and security incidents with minimal downtime
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and preventive maintenance activities
- Collaborate with global teams for seamless cross-shift handovers and knowledge transfer
- Implement system updates, patches, and optimizations during low-traffic periods
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance tuning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related field
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, DNS)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues independently
- Excellent documentation skills and experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Must be available to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site equipment maintenance
