Responsibilities

- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover processes
- Document incident reports and performance metrics
- Conduct proactive system health checks
- Support emergency incident response as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CCNA or similar networking certification preferred
- Available for 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
