Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems during night shift hours
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure including cloud services and on-premise systems
- Execute system backups, updates, and security protocols overnight
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers

Qualifications
