Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate physical counts of stock using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation and labeling of pallets for distribution.
- Report inventory discrepancies and potential safety hazards to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless operational handovers.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn inventory software quickly.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
