Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Inspect and organize inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during night operations.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the workspace and equipment.
- Assist in packaging and shipping orders efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily goals and issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the Night Shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic reading and writing skills for safety documentation.
