Your Responsibilities

As a Night Shift Specialist, you will serve as the first line of defense for our enterprise infrastructure. Your role is critical in maintaining uptime and ensuring seamless operations while the rest of the world sleeps.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and troubleshoot server infrastructure, networks, and end-user hardware remotely and on-site.
  • Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 technical issues for internal stakeholders efficiently.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, patching, and security updates during off-peak hours.
  • Document all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with Day Shift teams to hand off unresolved issues and ensure continuity of service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with remote access tools (TeamViewer, RDP) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Ability to work independently during night hours with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
