Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise server infrastructure during overnight hours
- Resolve critical system alerts and network outages within SLA timelines
- Execute scheduled maintenance windows and patch deployments
- Provide Tier-2/3 support for cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Document incident resolutions and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams during handover periods
- Conduct security vulnerability scans and remediation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience
- Expertise in Windows Server and Linux administration
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Datadog)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Shift work flexibility (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid US driver's license for occasional on-site needs
