Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry and verification tasks with zero errors.
- Maintain and update complex database records in our proprietary CMS.
- Monitor data pipeline performance and troubleshoot minor technical anomalies.
- Ensure strict adherence to data security protocols and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to document recurring issues and process improvements.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all incoming datasets to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or Business preferred.
- Proven experience working night shifts or rotating schedules.
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 60 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Basic understanding of SQL or database management concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a quiet environment.
