- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, distributed machine learning architectures capable of processing petabytes of data for the 2026 era.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical strategy for AI integration, ensuring our platforms remain at the forefront of the 2026 technological landscape.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize deep learning models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency in cloud environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and frameworks to ensure AI systems are transparent, unbiased, and compliant with emerging regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and security engineers to translate complex AI concepts into deployable software solutions.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability infrastructure.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt architectures for future tech stacks.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
