Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance system architectures tailored for the Project 2026 roadmap.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive technical decision-making.
- Innovation Implementation: Integrate cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum Algorithms, into core business systems.
- Roadmap Management: Define technical milestones and ensure delivery timelines are met for the 2026 launch cycle.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and architectural best practices across the organization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; strong background in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Future-Ready: Demonstrated experience with or strong interest in Quantum Computing concepts and their application.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing high-stakes projects.
- Location: Must be willing to work in our San Francisco office 3 days a week.
