Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overarching product strategy and roadmap for our 2026 market launch.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to align on key deliverables and milestones.
- Conduct advanced market research to anticipate technological trends and customer needs for 2026.
- Lead cross-functional agile teams to ensure rapid prototyping and timely feature delivery.
- Present quarterly strategy updates and KPI metrics directly to the executive board.
- Identify potential risks in the development pipeline and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Champion a culture of continuous innovation and user-centric design across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within enterprise software or SaaS.
- Proven track record of launching scalable, high-impact products from conception to market.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, cloud architecture, and edge computing.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, ProductBoard).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environment.
