Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for the 2026 product release cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) through the full software development lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices to maintain high code quality and security standards.
- Mentor and develop the skills of junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Identify technical risks early in the development process and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript).
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex products on time and within budget.
- Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
