Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizon scanning
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Identify and quantify disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Publish annual 'Future State' white papers read by Fortune 500 boards
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio for high-impact pilot projects
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption curves
- Proficiency in trend visualization tools (e.g., Palisade, Trendalyzer)
