Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
