Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Vision Project strategic roadmap through rigorous foresight methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in analyzing emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Develop and present high-impact scenario planning reports to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, academic partners, and industry thought leaders
- Integrate foresight insights into product development lifecycle for $2B+ portfolio
- Author white papers and public speaking engagements on future trends
- Mentor junior futurists and establish industry best practices for strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, futurism, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of leading multi-year future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences
- Experience with foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, etc.)
