Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for enterprise scalability and latency reduction.
- Lead the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging tech trends.
- Design robust, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- Implement best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated model retraining.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Ethics Board) to ensure responsible AI development.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge hardware accelerators and quantum-ready algorithms.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of LLM fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
