Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Product Roadmap, identifying key breakthrough technologies and integration points.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate strategic vision into executable technical solutions.
- Oversee the development of proprietary AI frameworks and optimize prompt engineering strategies for maximum efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to anticipate regulatory changes and competitive shifts in the generative AI sector.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy in compliance with global standards.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and drive buy-in for high-stakes initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or product management with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, neural networks, and NLP methodologies.
- Strong command of Python, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
