Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable machine learning models and neural networks tailored for the 2026 ecosystem.

- R&D Leadership: Conduct in-depth research into emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Predictive Analytics, to stay ahead of the curve.

- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines and industry standards for data privacy.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and large-scale data processing.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and navigate ambiguity.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
