- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications tailored for the 2026 market.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring novel approaches in transformer models, reinforcement learning, and edge AI deployment.
- Mentorship: Lead a high-performance engineering team, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimization: Drive the optimization of model inference and training pipelines to reduce latency and cost while maximizing accuracy.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation strategies, and regulatory standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to tackle ambiguous, undefined problems inherent in future tech development.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
