Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, distributed AI system architectures capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the research and development of novel model architectures, focusing on efficiency and reduced hallucination rates.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model deployment pipelines.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with the company's long-term vision for 2026.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and distributed computing systems (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale models to production environments.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Multimodal AI.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
