Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI and machine learning infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (LLMs, Edge AI, Quantum-ready algorithms) to drive competitive advantage.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization at scale.
- Define technical standards, coding conventions, and best practices for the AI division.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern data processing frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
