Responsibilities
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for Nexus Horizon's AI initiatives leading up to 2026.
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant neural architectures capable of processing multi-dimensional data streams.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI 3.0 models into core enterprise platforms.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to optimize algorithms for hybrid hardware environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
