Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the overall technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for the 2026 platform architecture.
- Lead the design and development of scalable microservices and distributed systems.
- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical mentoring for junior and senior engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and performance optimization opportunities.
- Establish and enforce best practices for coding, security, and deployment pipelines.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding technology stacks, cloud providers, and data storage solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Proven experience leading architecture teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in high-level languages such as Java, Go, or Python.
- Experience with message queues, event-driven architectures, and real-time data processing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
