Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Assist senior developers in the design, implementation, and testing of software solutions.
- Debug and troubleshoot code to ensure optimal website performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate wireframes and mockups into clean, semantic code.
- Update existing website content and ensure all digital assets are current and accessible.
- Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality.
- Conduct basic SEO research to help improve search engine visibility for client websites.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with React or Vue.js is a plus.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing web development projects or coursework is required.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git) and a basic understanding of APIs.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Problem Solving: Ability to break down complex problems and find logical solutions.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the contract duration.
