- Document all technical support tickets and resolutions in the internal ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex issues and learn best practices.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates under supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
