Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal employees and clients via phone, email, and remote support tools.
- Manage ticketed requests in our service desk system, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Assist with data entry and reporting to maintain accurate digital records and inventory logs.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, printers, and office equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the first point of contact for technical inquiries.
- Document technical procedures and create user guides for less complex issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify system improvements and implement standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills – ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software quickly.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Reliability and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license (optional, depending on travel requirements).
