Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral device issues (printers, laptops, etc.).
- Manage and track IT help desk tickets using our ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow or Zendesk).
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new user workstations and accounts.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a remote/hybrid setting.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (local travel required).
