Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage and respond to incoming support tickets in our helpdesk system promptly.
- Assist in the setup of new workstations for incoming employees.
- Perform basic hardware maintenance and inventory management.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to improve our knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
