Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Perform hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software applications and operating systems (Windows 10/11).
- Manage and update inventory records for IT assets and peripherals.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical issues and improve processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to IT security policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
