Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Manage and update user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Active Directory.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the IT helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement system upgrades and security patches.
- Conduct on-site visits to resolve complex user inquiries and maintain equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of IT supplies and report shortages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Current authorization to work in the United States.
