Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Perform basic software installations and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve internal processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software components.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 20 lbs).
