Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Cleaning: Review, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency before analysis.
- Support Reporting: Prepare and format weekly reports for management using Excel and presentation tools.
- Data Visualization: Create basic charts, graphs, and dashboards to visualize trends and key performance indicators.
- Database Support: Help maintain and update internal databases and spreadsheets to ensure data integrity.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas where data workflows can be optimized for better efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Communicate findings clearly to the senior team and participate in team meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors in data and documentation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data simply.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic SQL: Familiarity with SQL queries is a plus but not required.
