Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather and compile data from various internal sources to ensure comprehensive coverage for analysis.
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Perform routine data cleansing tasks to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Support Reporting: Create basic charts, graphs, and reports to visualize data trends for stakeholders.
- Database Assistance: Learn to query databases using SQL to extract specific information as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources and analysis methodologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is required; experience with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot trends or anomalies in data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.
