Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Preparation: Gather, validate, and clean data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy for analysis.
- Report Development: Assist in creating detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Trend Analysis: Identify trends and patterns in data to help predict future performance and support strategic goals.
- Database Support: Help maintain and update internal databases and documentation to streamline processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex data findings to non-technical team members and management clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and basic knowledge of SQL or Python.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot errors in data and ensure high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week as a contract employee based in Columbus, OH.
