Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform hardware installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while assisting clients with a high volume of inquiries.
- Collaborate with the staffing team to ensure seamless client placement and satisfaction.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
