Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist with software updates, patch management, and maintaining security protocols.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests within Active Directory.
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate issue logs in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement long-term technical improvements.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical certification.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with non-technical staff.
