Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Log and manage helpdesk tickets accurately in ServiceNow or similar CRM platforms.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS) and peripherals.
- Assist in the provisioning of new employee workstations and equipment.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical incidents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure remote working environment.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience in IT support or a help desk role.
- Familiarity with remote support software and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to troubleshoot common network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, printing).
- High school diploma or equivalent; CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
